is hunkering down in Old Market Square from Wednesday 12 November to Wednesday 31 December 2025, turning into a proper ski chalet vibe without the actual skiing. Pull up a spot in your own booth, get cosy under some fairy lights, and tap your phone to summon drinks and snacks like a lazy alpine wizard. Its shut on Christmas Day, probably so the elves can have a breather.

The Melt and Grill crew are handling the food side with a lineup that sounds like a fondue fever dream crossed with a street food mishmash: think melty raclette cheese everywhere, kebabs dangling temptingly, sliders for the handheld fans, seasoned fries that might just ruin plain spuds for you forever, halloumi bites and a bunch more. They reckon theres something to keep even the fussiest trencherman happy.
