Gather 'round, creators of Nottingham and nearby, because on 9th October 2024 from 7pm to 9pm at the Concord Business Centre, we're unleashing our inner Van Goghs and Dr. Seusses at a crafting extravaganza designed to put a skip in your step. Welcome to Expression, the artsy group that fancies itself a bit like Art Therapy—only with fewer rules and more paint splatters. This gathering is tailored for autistic adults without intellectual disabilities, so if you've got a knack for creativity or just fancy a bit of crafty chaos, this is the place to be.

Each month, we'll dive into a new theme, but don't feel boxed in; if you've got a side project you've been dying to work on, bring it along. We'll have a veritable cornucopia of activities from painting to knitting, drawing to writing, and everything in between. All materials are provided, so just grab your enthusiasm and your open mind—no painting degree required. Light snacks will keep the creativity flowing, but save the full meals and strong-smelling foods for a picnic outside; our lovely venue is a bit on the stuffy side with no windows.
