Join us for the in the charming Djanogly Theatre on the last Friday of February in 2025. We kick things off at 2pm, and if a Saturday morning's more your speed, come back at 11am on March 1st instead. With a ticket price of 20, you'll discover physical theatre, which is all about the stuff we don't say out loud. Think of it as telling a story without needing a whole lot of chat - much like those awkward family dinners.

During this workshop, you'll dive into some Lecoq-inspired techniques that'll have you moving and improvising in no time. You'll learn to create characters, craft settings, and whip up full-on scenes using your bod and your creativity. Plus, you'll get to work with others to mash it all together into a collaborative writing jam. So whether you're a seasoned performer or just fancy flailing around a bit, ages 16 and up are welcome. Come on down and let's get physical… theatre style.
