The 2 Canalhouse Comedy Night rolls into Nottingham's Canalhouse on Wednesday 22 April 2026 at 19:00, courtesy of NCF Comedy. It's your typical mix of seasoned comics road-testing fresh jokes alongside nervous newcomers dipping their toes in, so expect the unexpected, kind of like Russian roulette but with punchlines instead of bullets.

This night's picked up a few gongs at the Midlands Comedy Awards over the years, including Best Small Club in 2021 and 2018, Best Open Mic in 2016, and Best East Midlands Open Mic in 2015. Swing by if you fancy a chuckle at acts who might one day headline arenas, or just flop hilariously on stage.
