Walking with a pushchair is an easy exercise that the majority of mums can do on a regular basis.
Apart from the pushchair or buggy, proper footwear and appropriate clothing for you and your baby, you don’t need any special equipment and most places are free to walk in.
Nottingham is home to some fantastic country parks that are perfect spots for a walk or cycle, but not all are great for pushchairs. Paths ideally need to be a sealed surface with various gradients of slopes so new mums can build up their fitness levels.
Here are some of the top pushchair-friendly walks in Nottingham.
