Curious how we whip up our exhibitions into existence? On June 18, from 4 to 6 pm at Nottingham Contemporary, join Craig David Parr, our local Technician and Events Supervisor, for a free mini masterclass. It's your chance to peek behind the curtain and discover the nifty technical wizardry that goes into setting up exhibitions. From sorting out the Audio-Visual theatrics to erecting temporary walls, Craig will cover it all, along with the AV management for our various events.
Now, let's not beat around the bush: space is limited, so if you nab a ticket, please only grab one if you're sure you'll show up. And if plans change faster than you can say "exhibition installation," drop us an email at
[email protected] to let us know you can't make it. You won't want to miss this, especially with Craig—who might just be the most delightfully chaotic person you'll meet. He's a self-proclaimed art warlock with a penchant for the weird and wonderful, so expect a bit of magic to happen.
Access-wise, it'll all be taking place in the studio, and yes, it's wheelchair accessible. Got questions about access needs? Shoot us an email or give us a bell on 0115 948 9750.
