Still wets in bed

Looking for advice for my 5yo who wets the bed every night. HV says it's classed as normal until 6, but reading online it says 5yo. We have tried dream pees, stopping drinks after 6pm, bladder training during the day (fully dry during day), trying without pull ups, but he just sleeps through even when soaked. I don't know how much more my washing machine can handle and I don't want him to get a complex about it, but I also don't want to go back to pull ups and he doesn't realise he is doing it and will never learn. Help!
