Scared to poop in the toilet.

Hi I have a 3 year old that is very scared of doing poos on the toilet. She becomes very upset whenever she feels it coming. We have tried toilet charts, presents and positive reinforcement. We have tried stool softeners. If anyone has some suggestions on what else we can do. I would really appreciate any help
