Me and Mr Jones Quartet are playing at Peggys Skylight in Nottingham on Saturday 27th December 2025. Theyve got two shows lined up that evening. The first one has doors at 6pm with music kicking off at 6:45pm and your table needed back by 8:15pm. The second starts with doors at 8:30pm and performance from 9:15pm running till late around midnight. Tickets are 15 quid each.

Its Rachel and Paul from Peggys team up front with Simon Paterson on bass and Stevie Smith on drums serving a bluesy jazz mix of Great American Songbook favourites fresh takes on Nina Simone Ella Fitzgerald and Billie Holiday plus bits of Nick Drake Leonard Cohen and even Lennon McCartney. Rachels got that jazz pop voice likened to Tracy Thorn or Sade but phatter or apparently Baileys with chocolate while Pauls piano playing is powerful lyrical and hes toured Europe and the UK as a go to arranger.
