Gates are open from 9am to 5pm and the Pavilion tuck shop opens from 10am for hot drinks and small comforts to keep you going while you wander. Around the grounds you can spot the Stone Gazebo, King's Walk, the Sweet Chestnut Tree, the Ice Cave and even the Monk's Graveyard if you like a bit of atmosphere, and the House and Gardens Ticket includes food served at 1:30pm for anyone who prefers cake to conjecture.
