Looking for a way to keep the kids entertained while you sneak in some last-minute shopping or enjoy a quiet cup of tea? The National Ice Centre has got you covered with their Christmas Holiday Club. Running on the 30th and 31st of December 2024 and then again on the 2nd and 3rd of January 2025, it's the perfect way to melt away those festive calories. For just £35 a day, your little ones (ages 7 to 13) can dive into a whirlwind of fun activities and ice skating from 8.30am to 5.30pm, ensuring they're worn out by the time you pick them up.

Every day is a mix of high-energy activities designed to help them coordinate their limbs—because we all know that ice skating for the first time can be a bit like watching a baby giraffe try to stand. After honing their skills, they'll hit the ice with our expert staff, who will help them master the basics and maybe even coax a few giggles out of their tumbles. And it's not all about sports; there will be arts and crafts to spark their creative side, perfect for those holiday masterpieces you never knew you needed. Don't worry about lunch; they'll get a healthy meal before heading back for more afternoon adventures, drink breaks included to refuel those active little bodies.
