I have Sjogrens and found my pregnancy straightforward. I was monitored throughout by a joint obstetrics/rheumatology clinic and I had extra growth scans too. A very close friend of mine has SLE. She spoke to her consultant before trying to conceive and was given the go ahead. Unfortunately the pregnancy triggered her SLE so she had a tough pregnancy but baby was fine. She was one of the unlucky ones though
