takes place on Friday 5 June 2026 at 7:30pm at Woodborough Hall, near Nottingham. For £75 you get a seven course tasting that pulls sample dishes from the kitchen's new summer menus, so expect small plates, bold flavours and the occasional culinary plot twist.

It's an evening of measured bites, polite chewing and friendly forks, more a guided sampler of what's new on the menu than a full a la carte affair, so go if you fancy trying a string of dishes without committing to a single favourite.
