Notts Gym Tots is a pre-school gymnastics and movement programme that caters for children aged between 6 months and 3 years and between 3 and 5 years, with classes held throughout Nottingham. The Notts Gym Tots programme is designed to encourage toddlers to enjoy movement and activity through songs and social interaction. During classes, children will take part in the following:
• Climbing, rolling, jumping and soft play
• Using specially designed equipment for basic movement
• Learning co-ordination, balance and support

Nottingham Gymnastics Academy runs a pre-school gymnastics programme for babies, toddlers and pre-schoolers, both with and without their parents. Children learn gymnastics skills, co-ordination and social interaction through play. During classes, children take part in the following:
• Swinging on a bar
• Hanging on the rings
• Rolling in different ways
• Bouncing on the trampoline
• Using a spring board
• Walk on a beam
Erewash Valley Gymnastics Club holds a Parents and Toddler class every Friday between 10:30am and 12pm, in which children and their parents can come and have fun while learning gymnastics skills. Using stories, children will learn new skills, engage in cooperative play and develop hand eye coordination meet other children. The cost is £5 per child.

Robin Hood Gymnastics runs a preschool programme for children aged up to five years 6 times a week. These ‘drop in’ sessions are unstructured, although a qualified coach will provide guidance, and parents must supervise their children at all times. There is no need to book and fees are payable on the door. The sessions are held Monday to Saturday and run for 45 minutes each at a cost of £3.50 each.
Nottingham City Gymnastics Club runs Preschool Gym for children aged between 1 and 4 years. Weekday classes are unstructured and children can explore the equipment with parental supervision. On weekends, classes are structured and led by a coach.
