The Canalhouse Comedy Night offers a regular midweek dose of laughs in Nottingham. It is where you will find a mix of comedians, from established names testing out new material to up and coming acts taking their first tentative steps onto the stage. It is always a bit of a lucky dip, but usually a good one.

For the price of a couple of quid, you can witness the future of comedy unfold or simply enjoy some seasoned pros trying to figure out if their latest joke lands. This particular shindig has even picked up a few Midlands Comedy Awards over the years, including Best Small Club twice, so they must be doing something right. It is on at 7pm if you fancy a look.
